Newsletters, campaigns and flows

Ecommerce email marketing agency

Weekly or monthly newsletters and campaigns, sign-up popups with a coupon and abandoned cart flows, always with the right consent and incentives your margin can carry. Lists verified and cleaned of bounces and dead addresses, so emails reach the inbox.

Who can receive what

How you collect an email decides upfront what you can send later. Without a separate marketing consent checkbox, someone who abandoned a cart can get at most a neutral reminder; with consent, reviews, incentives and newsletters too.

By default we apply the most cautious rule: without proof of how and when it was given, there is no consent. A message to someone who shouldn’t have received it is the hardest mistake to undo. Legal assessments stay with your legal advisor.

Growing the list: the coupon popup

The most direct way to collect emails on the site is a popup offering a coupon in exchange for signing up: “get a discount when you enter your email”.

Marketing consent is a separate checkbox, recorded with date and source. The coupon value starts from margin: a discount the margin can’t carry grows the list and loses money.

  • A personal coupon with an expiry date, valid on the first order
  • The code arrives by email: a fake address doesn’t get it
  • Timing and frequency chosen so the popup doesn’t get in the way

Abandoned cart, message by message

The first message is a service reminder; promotion comes later, only with consent, and an incentive only if the margin can take it.

Indicative timings: tuned to cart value and each store’s data.

The rules for every flow

They apply to every automated email, from welcome to win-back.

Immediate exit

Anyone who buys or unsubscribes exits at once: a reminder after purchase triggers spam complaints.

Truthful recap

Prices and stock rechecked at send time; a changed price is stated in words, not struck through as if it were a discount.

Caps and quiet hours

A frequency cap and quiet hours based on the recipient’s time zone.

Right language and store

Every message in the language of the store the customer was shopping in.

One action, mobile-first

Templates built for phones, with a single main button.

Clear sender and reason

We say who is writing and why the message arrives, with one-click unsubscribe.

Automated flows

For each one we write the strategy, copy, timing and the metric to check it by.

Welcome

People who sign up through the popup get the promised coupon and learn what to expect from the newsletter.

Abandoned cart

Three messages: service, trust, optional incentive. Small carts contacted sooner, large carts later.

Post-purchase and reviews

The review request tied to the shipping email. Reviews are built first, then displayed.

Repeat purchase

For consumable products, the reminder arrives when the product is about to run out.

Win-back

For customers who haven’t opened or bought in a long time: one attempt, with consent and a margin-safe incentive, then out of regular sends.

Back in stock

A notice to people who asked to be told, only once the product can actually be bought.

Newsletters and campaigns

We send promotional and informational newsletters and campaigns with Brevo, weekly or monthly depending on the store and the season: new arrivals, seasonal products, useful content and promotions. Discounts are small, time-limited, and their size starts from the category margin, not from habit.

  • Weekly or monthly frequency, set by catalog and how the list responds
  • One promo code per campaign, with an expiry date
  • Events like Black Friday kept short, not stretched over weeks
  • Inactive customers handled separately, not in the same send as active buyers

Reaching the inbox

A perfect campaign is useless if it lands in spam. These are the requirements we check.

SPF, DKIM e DMARC

Sending domain authentication, with DMARC tightened step by step.

Consistent domain

The same domain in the sender address and the links.

Old lists

Cleaning and gradual sends before mailing a list that’s been dormant.

Spam complaints

Reminders after purchase and clunky unsubscribes hurt every send from the store.

Clean lists and numbers read every month

A list full of dead addresses lowers sender reputation and sends even real customers’ emails to spam. That’s why we check with a dedicated tool that mailboxes are still active, and track hard and soft bounces on every send.

Every month we read deliveries, opens and clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, spam complaints and orders from email, campaign by campaign.

B2B email marketing

The same rules apply to companies selling to businesses, with a different goal: staying present until the contact is ready to talk to sales.

B2B newsletters

Only to contacts with consent, with product news and seasonal updates; every send goes through a test and your approval.

Cold email

New contacts need a different channel, with dedicated domains: see our Cold email page.

How we work

Our process, month by month

One point of contact, a monthly call, a calendar and a report.

  1. Step 1

    Lists and consent

Where contacts come from and with what consent; address verification and domain reputation.

  2. Step 2

    Popup and flows

Coupon popup, abandoned cart and automated flows: strategy, copy and timing.

  3. Step 3

    Calendar

The month’s newsletters and campaigns in Brevo, with margin-based incentives.

  4. Step 4

    Measurement and clean-up

Deliveries, bounces, unsubscribes, complaints and orders; dead and inactive addresses out of sends.

Ecommerce email marketing FAQs

The questions we hear before we start.

Which platform do you use?

Mainly Brevo, for newsletters, campaigns and automated flows. If you already use another platform, we assess together whether to stay. You pay the platform fee directly to the provider.

How do you check that addresses are still active?

With a dedicated verification tool, before major sends and on lists that have been dormant: invalid addresses are removed.

What do you do with hard and soft bounces?

A hard bounce (non-existent address) is removed from sends at once. A soft bounce (full mailbox, unreachable server) is watched: if it repeats, the address is removed.

Can I email cart abandoners who didn’t give consent?

At most a neutral reminder, with no discounts or promotions. Everything else needs explicit, provable marketing consent. For legal details, check with your legal advisor.

Is a discount popup worth it?

Yes, if the coupon value fits inside your margin and consent is a separate checkbox. The code is sent by email, so the list fills with real addresses.

How many newsletters a month?

Weekly or monthly, depending on catalog and season. We start from a calendar and watch unsubscribes and complaints before increasing frequency.

How much does it cost?

Fixed-fee packages: Organic (SEO and GEO) from 600€ a month and Store Manager, all-inclusive, at 3,500€ a month. Only the Performance package has a reduced fee from 1,000€ a month plus a performance bonus on growth. Details on our Pricing page.

What is your email really worth?

We review your lists, consent, bounces and active flows and tell you what to fix first.
