THE USER MUST BE OF LEGAL AGE, THAT IS, AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD
THE USER IS NOT A DIRECT OR INDIRECT COMPETITOR OF MAXPHO AND
THE USER DECLARES TO HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND FULLY ACCEPTED THESE TERMS OF USE ("TERMS").

DEFINITIONS

Term	Definition
tebs	The company owning the website tebs.co, based in Italy at via Govone 66, 20155 Milan, VAT number IT13311000965, and owned by Alberto Fontana.
User	Any natural or legal person using the Site.
Content	All texts, images, logos, software, and other material present on the Site.
Site	The website tebs.co and all its pages and subdomains.
Contact Form	The form available on the Site to contact tebs directly.

SITE USAGE CRITERIA

By using the Site, the User confirms compliance with the following criteria:

Not being a direct or indirect competitor of tebs.
